Residents of the West End Neighborhood and volunteers gathered on October 5th to build a garden through Operation Brightside. Native Missouri plants were provided and planted at a dedicated space in Ruth Porter Mall Park. This space will also have a Little Free Library where residents can take or leave a book for free.
